My name is Dawn and I love, love, love a good old slice of cake or tasty cookie… I always have. But when I went vegan, finding tasty baked goods was one of the hardest things to find. So, I decided to try to “veganize” all of my favorite recipes. And guess what? They came out just as tasty, if not better than the butter and egg-laden baked goods.
